Acceptance of Terms

By joining the "Dirty Laundry" community, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the community.

 

Eligibility

To join the "Dirty Laundry" community, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By joining the community, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.


Billing and Subscriptions

Membership to the "Dirty Laundry" community is billed on a monthly basis. By joining the community, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee, which will be charged to your chosen payment method. The subscription fee is non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for the following month. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins.

 

 Privacy Policy

The "Dirty Laundry" community is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We may collect and use your personal information for the purposes of providing and improving our services, communicating with you, and ensuring the security of our community.

 Limitation of Liability

The "Dirty Laundry" community, Amanda Silver, Alex Howard, and any of their businesses or associations, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. The use or inability to use the "Dirty Laundry" community;
  2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the "Dirty Laundry" community;
  4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the "Dirty Laundry" community by any third party;
  5. Any errors or omissions in any content or materials posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the "Dirty Laundry" community; or
  6. Any other matter relating to the "Dirty Laundry" community.


Confidentiality

Members of the "Dirty Laundry" community understand and agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared within the community. This includes, but is not limited to, personal stories, discussions, and any other content shared by members. Confidentiality is paramount to fostering a safe and supportive environment for all members. Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of membership.


Respectful Language Use

Members of the "Dirty Laundry" community are expected to communicate respectfully and courteously at all times. This includes refraining from using language that is offensive, discriminatory, or disrespectful towards other members, moderators, or administrators of the community. Any form of harassment, bullying, or hate speech will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership. We encourage constructive and empathetic communication to maintain a supportive environment for all members.


Intellectual Property Rights

All content, resources, and materials provided on the "Dirty Laundry" community website, including but not limited to articles, podcasts, videos, and forum posts, are the intellectual property of Alex Howard and Amanda Silver or its content creators. These materials are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without the prior written consent.

By participating in the "Dirty Laundry" community, members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content or materials from the website without permission. Members may, however, share links to content on social media or other platforms, provided that proper credit is given to the original source.


Governing Law

The "Dirty Laundry" community and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Canada.


Cancellation Policy

Members of the "Dirty Laundry" community can cancel their membership at any time during the current month to avoid being billed for the following month. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins. Once a membership is cancelled, access to the community and its resources will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

The "Dirty Laundry" community reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the community website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the community following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
